In this section we explain what information we collect about you and your interactions.
When you use TPad we need to access your device and apply changes in order to ensure proper use.
Below is the information we collect and the changes we make.
Legal data to the license such as:
– Name
– Last name
– Business Name
– Login
– Password
-Archive: Storage space (e.g., saving photos, saving videos, saving license configuration file, saving generic settings, saving booklet database)
-Camera: Used to take photos and capture video
-Location: Mandatory for Bluetooth/WiFi connectivity (e.g., Bluetooth device search, WiFi device search, cadastre WMS service, Google maps, connection to Bluetooth devices, connection to WiFi devices, background location services)
– Battery: Ability to set “Screen always on” and “Brightness always at maximum”
– Audio: Used for voice information (e.g., during stake out a voice guides the client to the point)
Also, as far as device information is concerned, we read your MAC Address or physical address, that is, a 12-character alphanumeric code capable of “physically” identifying your network card.
The use of location data is functional and necessary to enable you to make the best use of the App.
In TPad we save exclusively:
– The settings and settings needed to use it
– license-related data and information
We do not save location data or connection data.
We use your data to operate the application and to provide you with all the services it contains. We also analyze them, in aggregate, based on our legitimate interest, to verify the quality of the application and understand your needs (e.g. to understand the devices used, versions, etc.).
